To avoid disappointment, please check that the following information meets your requirements
ACCESS
The road to our house is steep, narrow and bendy. Allow at least 10 minutes to travel from Hwy 12, and be prepared to reverse if meeting oncoming traffic. This mountain road is not for particularly nervous drivers.
INTERNET
Strong internet provided by Starlink. Great for Zooms, streaming etc., but no fiber of ultra speed internet available in the area.
WATER
California is still in a state of drought. We are on a well and have limited water service. Please try to conserve water when at the property.
POOL & SPA
The pool is heated from Memorial Day through September. The spa is available year round.
NOISE
The house is in a very quiet area where there are strictly enforced noise ordinances. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 7 am and absolutely no amplified sound is permitted at any time.
FIREWORKS
No fireworks are permitted at any time.
OCCUPANCY
This is legally enforced at a maximum of 8 overnight guests and 4 daytime guests.
PARTIES, PETS & SMOKING
These are not allowed.
PROPERTY MANAGER
We have a professional licensed Property Manager who can advise prior to your visit and will be available to help throughout your stay. The owner is also at the end of a telephone.
