YEAR ROUND VACATION

Cavedale Ridge is idyllic at any time of year. In the Summer, the pool (heated from Memorial Day weekend through September), spa and deck are the focus of activity. During Spring and Fall, the folding doors between the kitchen and deck create an indoor/outdoor living space that you can flex according to the weather. They also give quick access to the outdoor spa (available all year). Even in the Winter, its light-filled contemporary interiors with panoramic views through picture windows make this an uplifting and warm retreat. At night, year round, the firepit comes into its own.

FOUR PRIMARY SUITES

Cavedale Ridge has four comfortable, spacious Primary Suites, each with a modern ensuite bathroom. Two of the Primary Suites (Sky Suite and Garden Suite) are in the Main House and two (Sunset Suite and the Guest House) have separate entrances surrounding a covered porch. All the Suites have King beds but the Garden Suite can instead be made up with two Twins.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING

In the Main House, the open-plan ground floor has a large living room, Chef's kitchen and dining space that open straight onto the pool and spa deck. 

The Guest House has its own private living area with a fireplace, wet-bar, and a spacious covered porch is shared with the Sunset Suite – somewhere shady for hot days, a quiet place to relax away from all the poolside activity, or another spot for watching the sunset over cocktails.

In addition to the Main House indoor dining table and the outdoor dining area by the pool, there is also a shady lunch spot under the olive trees. This provides a choice of three areas for relaxing meals.

DEDICATED HOME OFFICE

Off the covered porch there is a large home office room which can be closed off from the rest of the group. We have Starlink internet with speeds of over 60Mbps.

AIR CON & HEATING

The Main House enjoys under-floor heating throughout, with in-room air-conditioning in the bedrooms. In the Guest House there is central air-conditioning and heating. The Sunset Suite and office enjoy underfloor heating and air-conditioning.

ACCESS & PARKING

Parking is available for a maximum of four cars on the premises. We have security cameras covering the drive and the parking areas.  This is a rural location with a steep, narrow and windy access road. Particularly nervous drivers are discouraged.

NO PARTIES

No parties are allowed on the property but guests are rewarded with serenity, luxury and a real escape!

NEARBY AIRPORTS
The closest airport is Santa Rosa (STS), about 45 minutes' drive away with nonstop service from several airports in the LA area plus Phoenix, Dallas, San Diego, Portland, Seattle and Las Vegas. Other airports within 2 hours are San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) and Sacramento (SMF).
